About Holy Mole Pepper
Dark green, 7-9 inch long fruit will mature to a warm chocolate brown color over a 2 week period. It has a distinctive, tangy, nutty flavor but not overly spicy. Picked young they are sliced and used for baking, when it turns brown ground or dry them.
